LAW OF 10,000.....What does it truly take to achieve Mastery of a given Field?? Its a concept coined the Law of 10,000 by Malcolm Gladwell. How many of you have taken the time to read Malcolms material? Its a simple Question really: ARE YOU WILLING TO STAY IN THE GAME, LONG ENOUGH, TO GET GOOD? ==== PERSONALLY, my journey in Network Marketing was a very real example of this in action. It took a good 12 year journey, 4 Companies and a lot of ups and downs to really get to the point, where we were able to build our Legacy Business on Bedrock now. If I look back and do the math, it was only at about the 9 year mark within that initial 12 year phase....that I actually attracted and was able to Lead my first Group of dedicated Leaders. And, YES, that was about the point where I would have hit that 10,000 Hour Mark. And, thank goodness my parents, key mentors & life experiences had taught me the priceless values of fortitude and perseverance. Now, we continue to add the 25 to 30,000th++ Hour....simply loving this journey of Growth & Contribution. Which is the other HUGE Key to Success, have a burning hunger for knowledge, and then turn around and instill that in the Teams that we lead!!
