Department: Marketing 1.Position: Affiliate Senior Key Account Executive Profile: Your responsibilities: - Expand and maintain a good relationship with Publishers - Support Publishers and handle all issues in the business process. - Plan affiliate acquisition strategy and implement to fulfill acquisition target - Keep in regular contact with important and big accounts (affiliates) to drive sales Required skills: - Strong analytical and numerical skills are a must - Experience in leading small teams - Experience in digital marketing and relationship management - Experience with the Internet Industry (e.g. online marketing) and using online tools (e.g Google analytics) is a plus - Fluent in English Required mindset: - Have a relationship mindset - Attention to details - Possess a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work under pressure (e.g. deadline workload) and fulfill business targets - An eager, supportive, and proactive attitude to be part of a team and to deal with customer service. 2. Affiliate Sales Rep Your responsibilities: - Looking for potential publishers and convincing publishers join Affiliate Lazada Program - Prospect leads and conduct sales meeting on the phone or in person - Conduct necessary follow-up to complete sales process - Support Publishers and maintain a good relationship in sales process. - Process appropriate administrative tasks Required skills: - Ability to presenting both over the phone and in person - Driven, ambitious, competitive personality - Self-motivated, flexible, willingness to adapt and receive feedback - Experience with the Internet Industry (e.g. online marketing) and using online tools (e.g Google analytics) is a plus - Experience in digital marketing and sales management - Fluent in English Required mindset: - Have a sales mindset - Attention to details - Possess a problem-solving mindset - Ability to work under pressure (e.g. deadline workload) and fulfill business targets - An eager, supportive, and proactive attitude to be part of a team and to deal with customer service. .......................................................................................................
