LB Bork Got a lot of the facts correct in his book the Red Amendment, but I use the simple fact that everything beyond the Republic is fraud, deception and treason, because they had NO AUTHORITY AT ALL to go beyond the Constitutional grants from us and I was saying a pledge of allegiance to a Republic over a hundred years later, in grade school.... This is the definition of Fraud and treason and makes EVERYTHING they did with the acts of 1861 and the Lieber code and all of their bullshit Judge interpreted crap .... Exactly that, TOTAL AND UTTER CRAP.... ANYTHING in conflict with MY INTERPRETATION in the normal language of the day of the Constitution, IS NULL AND VOID in law for cause, FRAUD and TREASON.... If they really want to swing on a noose, they can keep spouting their perverted sophist rhetoric, or they can do what they swore an oath to do and start doing their sworn duties, or they WILL DIE as the penalty for treason and warring against US whom pay for them and their families to survive is death in their OWN LAW.... I or any of us have ANY OBLIGATION TO THEIR FRAUD which makes the LAW very, very simple.... and US BACK CONTROL OF OUR LIVES AS EXACTLY AND ONLY, A WO/MAN....... They can shove their Corporate, Terrorist, Treasonous, Democracy, right up their asses and eat it themselves where it belongs..... I do not and have never lived there and hold no allegiance to the criminal fraud and treason it is in fact..... Cannot get more simple, than this view and perspective......
