LEADERSHIP BY DIVINE ARRANGEMENT-Deltans Diaspora Two good friends become brothers when they share some characteristics features in common. This is the case of two professional colleagues, Dr. E. E Uduaghan and Dr. I. A Okowa whom nature have designed to follow a definite political lineage to gratify fulfilment in life and destiny. Its worthy of note that since 1999 both professional brothers have always succeeded each other politically with one taking a step further for another to step in. After the general election in 1999, Dr. Uduaghan was appointed the state commissioner for health while Dr. Okowa held agriculture and later water resources ministries both under Gov. Chief James Ibori. On Dr. E. E Uduaghans appointment as secretary to Delta state government, Dr. Okowa was appointed to replace him in the health ministry. In 2007, both ran for governorship under same political party, PDP in which His Excellency Dr. E. E Uduaghan got the party ticket after a run-off primary election. Later in the middle of 2007, Dr. Okowa was appointed the secretary to Delta state government by Uduaghan, a position he held till 2010 when he resigned to run for senate. With this sequential divine arrangement by God, it is crystal clear that Dr. Okowa is destined to succeed Gov. Uduaghan at the expiration of the his tenure in May 2015 and so shall it be in Jesus name.......Amen
