LEARN FROM OTHERS- BE A READER Greetings reading and praying friends. One of the hallmarks of successful people is the ability to learn from experts. I sat in a classroom recently and asked questions to help me learn. At the end of the lecture, the lecturer had a brief moment with me. He seemed very surprised when I said I am Pastor Choolwe . He then asked me the golden question sir this program is not for accomplished people like you;why sit here to hear things you probably know already? My humble answer the praises and critisms of men have a similar effect- THEY CAN DISTRACT YOU. You,sir, dont qualify to call me accomplished. You have no clue what God has shown me to do in this life and you actually will not know if I have accomplished it or not Secondly pride will make me sit and refuse to learn from others because I think I am more successful but pride is a companion of folly. Humility will help me realise that I do not have enough years to learn everything by myself. I will thus function more in wisdom by learning from others Learn from experts. You dont have millions of years to invest in discovering by yourself and then apply. You only have one life. Learn from experts and save your time for greater things. It is called riding on the shoulders of giants. By the way I learnt this wisdon of learning from experts from a writer by the name of Brian Tracy who is one of the most accomplished sales men of all time...........Be a reader .
