LEARNING TO RIDE A BIKE AGAIN! Just for a laugh, this is my second attempt at riding a bike post stroke. Yesterday I failed miserably as the stroke leg would not stay on the pedal, so this is actually a good practice one (if I do say so myself) Unfortunately, my family are stamping their foot down. They do not wish me to ride on the road as they are afraid of me falling and causing another head injury! So, change of plans..... Instead of a mini triathlon, maybe just a Aquathlon (swim/run). I hope everyone has had a good start to the new year! Lets make 2015 bigger and better than 2014 and chase those Dreams!!! ~ Ida ❤️
