LEG DAY!!! Change up that leg day routine with this advanced bodyweight exercise! With or without the weight, with or without the knees to feet jump (aka ninja jumps) I’m extremely flexible when it comes to the knee joint, but this exercise was taught to me by a powerlifter at Metroflex Gym 2 years ago. This method increases explosiveness with deadlifts, while fatiguing your quads. Trust me, its brutal! I’m holding a 25lbs plate, but you can choose your difficulty level. When I first started this exercise, bodyweight was more than enough! Each rep consists of: Going down on each knee, coming back up (one leg at a time), squat, go down on each knee again, come back up with a ninja jump. Repeat for 20reps This exercise is great to add for any leg routine, or athletic routine. Please try with only bodyweight for the first 20reps before adding any weight; I’m talking to both men and women. Get the technique down before trying with weights to prevent injury. ****Variation without the ninja jumps**** Down on each knee, back up (one leg at a time). DO NOT come all the way up to the standing position! Challenge yourself, and do the whole 20 reps not going higher than the squat position after getting up from each knee. gummymall/never4fit
