LEGAL DECISION I certainly hope this three judge decision is overturned in this case. I definitely agree with the dissenting Judge. This was only a three judge panel. Any reading of the law in its entirety, in my mind, agrees with the dissenting Judge. The very basis of the law was to help people who could NOT afford insurance ,get into the system. This decision destroys the spirit and intent of The Affordable care Act. The two Judges who wrote the majority looked at three (3) words,and based their decision on those words. I believe an Appeal will correct this very narrow opinion by reading the entire law on this issue. Attorney Corky Goldstein
