LENNY KIVUTIS 5-point EVIL PLAN TO BECOME GOVERNOR I work closely with Embu County Government and i felt its important to understnd why exactly the corrupt MCAs are trying to frustrate Governor Wambora with impeachment plans: First, you need to know the rather inneffective Senator Lenny Kivuti desperately wants to be Embu Governor in 2017 or EARLIER and has vowed to use his mysterious money to get that seat. Who is Embu speaker Kariuki Mate? Kariuki is Lennys project (from Mbeere) who has vowed to frustrate evry plan by Governor Wambora, to help Kivuti. Here is Kivutis plan: 1. Buyout county reps: Unfortunatly, nearly all county reps are driven by GREED. Almost every weekend they receive cash from Lenny Kivuti to block any good agenda by County government executive. Speaker Mate is known to publicly boast he will frustrate every devt effort by Gov Wambora. He even refusd to receive the letter by Wambora suspending Secretary Lorna, to place the governor in bad light. 2. Shift power to Mbeere. Senator Kivuti is known to passionately and secretely hate the Embu people and has vowed to use his immense wealth (whose dark source is uknown) to frustrate Embu leaders. 3. Impeach the governor: The current plan is to frustrate the Governr with impeachmnt threats so that no development takes place. Removing a governor is a very difficult thing and Kivuti is bankin on the corrupt/ inept county reps (MCAs) most of whom have received his money. 4. Make Speaker Mate the governor: Although it will be almost impossible to remove Governor Wambora, Senator Kivuti and Speaker Mates plan, which Mate has been boasting loudly about in bars, is to make Mate the acting governor of embu. If there is an election, Lenny is very ready to leave the senate and run for governor. Lenny has never spoken in senate and is frustrated there bcoz senate doesnt really make laws or control any money lioke the governors or MPs. 5. Lenny Kivuti as governor. The ultimate goal is this evil plan is to have lenny replace Governor Wambora. Lenny boasts that his ill gotten wealth can buy all people of Embu.
