Street kids dont let harsh situations bog them down. They might know poverty as an obstacle, but they also know resourceful ways to overcome it. Slum kids are always eager to go to school. Ask volunteers who teach slum kids, and they will tell you how brilliant these kids are at academics. You just bought something from the kid at the signal just because she had a cute smile. Now There some great salesmanship lessons here, right? Street kids value friendship the most. They do all their chores together, and share a great sense of camaraderie with their friends and the neighborhood at large. Despite lacking proper education and basic amenities, street kids have dreams. Ask them and they will tell you how they would like to be air-hostesses, lawyers, or even actors. Street kids are used to working hard to make ends meet. They shoulder their responsibilities well. There are kids who work part-time during the day and then attend night school. Now isn’t that inspiring? That they don’t get things easily in life, they tend to appreciate little things. Unlike us, who want anything and everything.
