****LET DOWN ONCE, WONT GET A SECOND TIME****Poor Josh thought he’d be safe when an adopter stepped forward to take him out of that cage at Brooklyn ACC. But sadly, his happiness and eagerness was short lived when his adopter decided that raising a big pup took too much “time”. Truth be told, it isn’t always easy but Josh made it as easy as possible. He tried hard to wait til he was taken out to do his business but having to sit in a crate for 6 hours at a time is just impossible for a 10 month old dog. And a big pup should get as much supervised playtime with other dogs as possible—how else will he learn doggie etiquette? Sadly Josh got no such playtime. He tried to learn some commands. He tried so hard to do everything that his adopter expected of him. But it wasn’t enough. ACC has decided that Josh had his one chance and they’ve put this handsome, sweet boy on tomorrow’s euthanasia list. Tonight, Josh is pleading for that one human who understands that he’s a big goofy pup, that he wants to go on long walks and play, that he wants to learn how to play with all the dogs he meets and greets, that he wants someone who will pay attention to him and will let him know that he’s a valued member of their household. If that’s you, start working on fostering or adopting Josh. But it has to be now—ACC doesn’t think you exist and at noon tomorrow, they’ll make Josh gone forever ......
