LET US BE COGNISANCE OF THE FIRST LOVE. IT IS GOD THAT FIRST LOVED US BEFORE WE CAN LOVE HIM. OUR FIRST LOVE IS THE LOVE OF GOD TOWARD US, AND NOT OUR OWN LOVE TOWARD GOD. 1John:4:19 We love {Him,} because He first loved us. ALL MANKIND ARE SPIRITUALLY DEATH BECAUSE OF ADAMS SIN, SO HOW COULD WE LOVE GOD WITHOUT GOD FIRST LOVING US ? Eph:2:1-6: AND YOU [He made alive], when you were dead (slain) by [your] trespasses and sins In which at one time you walked [habitually]. You were following the course {and} fashion of this world [were under the sway of the tendency of this present age], following the prince of the power of the air. [You were obedient to and under the control of] the [demon] spirit that still constantly works in the sons of disobedience [the careless, the rebellious, and the unbelieving, who go against the purposes of God]. Among these we as well as you once lived {and} conducted ourselves in the passions of our flesh [our behavior governed by our corrupt and sensual nature], obeying the impulses of the flesh and the thoughts of the mind [our cravings dictated by our senses and our dark imaginings]. We were then by nature children of [Gods] wrath {and} heirs of [His] indignation, like the rest of mankind.But God--so rich is He in His mercy! Because of {and} in order to satisfy the great {and} wonderful {and} intense love with which He loved us, Even when we were dead (slain) by [our own] shortcomings {and} trespasses, He made us alive together in fellowship {and} in union with Christ; [He gave us the very life of Christ Himself, the same new life with which He quickened Him, for] it is by grace (His favor and mercy which you did not deserve) that you are saved (delivered from judgment and made partakers of Christs salvation). And He raised us up together with Him and made us sit down together [giving us joint seating with Him] in the heavenly sphere [by virtue of our being] in Christ Jesus (the Messiah, the Anointed One). THE PERFECT LOVE IS ONLY FROM GOD. LOVE IS THE MOST MISUNDERSTOOD IN THE BODY OF CHRIST. WHEN WE HEAR LOVE, WE FOCUS ON OUR OWN LOVE TOWARD GOD, AS WE HAVE IT IN THE SCRIPTURE ACCORDING TO DEUT:6:5 And you shall love the Lord your God with all your [mind and] heart and with your entire being and with all your might. THAT IS UNDER LAW, AND WE ARE NOT UNDER LAW, BUT UNDER GRACE. AS A TRUE BORN AGAIN CHRISTIAN, WE MUST BE SINCERE TO OURSELVES, WHO AMONG US CAN BOAST THAT HE OR SHE LOVE GOD WITH ALL THEIR MIND,HEART, AND WITH THEIR ENTIRE BEING AND THEIR MIGHT? THE ENEMY OF OUR SOUL, USED THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE TO USE THIS VERSE AS A WEAPON TO CONDEMN THE BRETHREN, BECAUSE IT MADE THOSE THAT ARE IGNORANT OF ALL WHAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAS DONE FOR US TO BE FOCUSING UPON THEMSELVES, INSTEAD OF FOCUSING UPON WHAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST HAS DONE FOR US THE SAINTS IN THE LORD. THE MOMENT WE FOCUS ON OUR PERFORMANCES TOWARD GOD, THE END OF IT WILL BE GUILT, AND CONDEMNATION. BECAUSE LAW DEMANDS FROM US TOWARD GOD, BUT GRACE SUPPLY US WHAT WE DONT DESERVE. ALL WHAT WE NEED IS TO KEEP ON RECEIVING THE LOVE OF GOD THAT SURPASSES ALL KNOWLEDGE AND HUMAN UNDERSTANDING. Eph:3:16-19: May He grant you out of the rich treasury of His glory to be strengthened {and} reinforced with mighty power in the inner man by the [Holy] Spirit [Himself indwelling your innermost being and personality]. May Christ through your faith [actually] dwell (settle down, abide, make His permanent home) in your hearts! May you be rooted deep in love {and} founded securely on love, That you may have the power {and} be strong to apprehend {and} grasp with all the saints [Gods devoted people, the experience of that love] what is the breadth and length and height and depth [of it]; [That you may really come] to know [practically, through experience for yourselves] the love of Christ, which far surpasses mere knowledge [without experience]; that you may be filled [through all your being] unto all the fullness of God [may have the richest measure of the divine Presence, and become a body wholly filled and flooded with God Himself]! OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST SAID THE ONLY WAY WE CAN FULFIL THIS COMMANDMENT IS BY BELIEVING IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST AS OUR LORD AND SAVIOUR, THEN GOD SEES OUR LOVE FOR HIM IN OUR FAITH IN THE FINISHED WORK OF OUR LRD JESUS CHRIST.1John:3:23 And this is His order (His command, His injunction): that we should believe in (put our faith and trust in and adhere to and rely on) the name of His Son Jesus Christ (the Messiah), and that we should love one another, just as He has commanded us. OUR LOVE TOWARD GOD CANT BE PERFECT, IT IS ONLY GOD THAT HAS A PERFECT LOVE. THE RELIGIOUS PEOPLE WANT US TO CONCENTRATE UPON OUR LOVE TOWARD GOD, BUT GOD ALWAYS WANT TO US TO FOCUS IN HIS LOVE TOWARD US. WHEN WE GROW IN THE LOVE OF GOD TOWARD US, THAT IS WHEN WE CAN RECIPROCATE THAT LOVE BACK TO GOD. 1John:4:10 In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (the atoning sacrifice) for our sins. Rom:5:8 But God shows {and} clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us. THE ONE THAT HAS A PERFECT LOVE IS OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST, AND HE DEMONSTRATED THAT ACCORDING TO JOHN:15:13 No one has greater love [no one has shown stronger affection] than to lay down (give up) his own life for his friends. WE MUST GET OVER ALL THE HYPOCRISIES WE HAVE BEEN ENTANGLE WITH BY THE RELIGIOUS SPIRIT. THE MORE PEOPLE ARE ENGROSSED IN SELF, THE MORE THEY FOCUS ON WHAT THEY CAN GIVE TO GOD, TO PLEASE GOD IN THEIR DEEDS PERFORMANCES AND WORKS, THE MORE THEY FALL SHORT OF THE GRACE OF GOD. WHAT OUR FATHER IN HEAVEN IS EXPECTING FROM US IS TO GROW IN RECEIVING ALL WHAT GOD HAS MADE AVAILABLE FOR US IN OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST FINISHED WORK ON THE CROSS. Rom:5:17-19: For if because of one mans trespass (lapse, offense) death reigned through that one, much more surely will those who receive [Gods] overflowing grace (unmerited favor) and the free gift of righteousness [putting them into right standing with Himself] reign as kings in life through the one Man Jesus Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One). Well then, as one mans trespass [one mans false step and falling away led] to condemnation for all men, so one Mans act of righteousness [leads] to acquittal {and} right standing with God and life for all men. For just as by one mans disobedience (failing to hear, heedlessness, and carelessness) the many were constituted sinners, so by one Mans obedience the many will be constituted righteous (made acceptable to God, brought into right standing with Him). ITS THE LORD LOVE FOR US THAT IS A PERFECT LOVE. WHEN WE GROW IN THE REVELATIONAL KNOWLEDGE OF HOW MUCH GOD LOVED US, THAT IS WHEN WE WILL BE ABLE TO LOVE GOD, BECAUSE NO ONE CAN GIVE WHAT THEY DIDNT HAVE.1John:4:18-19:There is no fear in love [dread does not exist], but full-grown (complete, perfect) love turns fear out of doors {and} expels every trace of terror! For fear brings with it the thought of punishment, and [so] he who is afraid has not reached the full maturity of love [is not yet grown into loves complete perfection].We love {Him,} because He first loved us. WHEN WE ARE FULL OF THE KNOWLEDGE OF GODS LOVE TOWARD US, WE WILL NOT STRUGGLE TO LOVE HIM BACK. WE CANT GIVE WHAT WE DONT HAVE. LET US LOOK AWAY FROM OUR SELF PERFORMANCE, AND ALLOW THE HOLY SPIRIT TO RADIATE THE TRUE GOD LOVE IN US. Rom:5:5 Such hope never disappoints {or} deludes {or} shames us, for Gods love has been poured out in our hearts through the Holy Spirit Who has been given to us. IF WE WANT TO KNOW HOW MUCH GOD LOVED US, LET US LOOK UNTO THE CROSS. THE WORD OF GOD MADE IT KNOWN TO US THAT OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST IS THE ONLY BEGOTTEN SON OF GOD. HE IS THE BEST THE HEAVEN HAS, BUT IT PLEASES OUR HEAVENLY FATHER TO ALLOW HIS ONLY SON TO DIE FOR YOU AND I, SO THAT WE MIGHT LIVE. Rom:5:8 But God shows {and} clearly proves His [own] love for us by the fact that while we were still sinners, Christ (the Messiah, the Anointed One) died for us. 1John:4:8-10: He who does not love has not become acquainted with God [does not and never did know Him], for God is love.In this the love of God was made manifest (displayed) where we are concerned: in that God sent His Son, the only begotten {or} unique [Son], into the world so that we might live through Him.In this is love: not that we loved God, but that He loved us and sent His Son to be the propitiation (the atoning sacrifice) for our sins. Rom: 8:32 He who did not withhold {or} spare [even] His own Son but gave Him up for us all, will He not also with Him freely {and} graciously give us all [other] things? WHATEVER WE ARE TRUSTING GOD FOR CAN NOT BE COMPARE TO HIS ONLY BEGOTTEN SON, SO IF GOD SPARE NOT HIS SON, THAT IS AN ASSURANCE THAT HE WILL NEVER WITHHOLD OUR HEART DESIRE FROM BEEN FULFIL IN HIS SON. JOHN:1:16 For out of His fullness (abundance) we have all received [all had a share and we were all supplied with] one grace after another {and} spiritual blessing upon spiritual blessing {and} even favor upon favor {and} gift [heaped] upon gift. THERE IS NO ONE THAT CAN BOAST OF HAVING THE TRUE ATTRIBUTES OF THE REAL LOVE, EXCEPT OUR LORD GOD ALMIGHTY LORD JESUS CHRIST. 1Cor:13:4-8: Love endures long {and} is patient and kind; love never is envious {nor} boils over with jealousy, is not boastful {or} vainglorious, does not display itself haughtily. It is not conceited (arrogant and inflated with pride); it is not rude (unmannerly) {and} does not act unbecomingly. Love (Gods love in us) does not insist on its own rights {or} its own way, {for} it is not self-seeking; it is not touchy {or} fretful {or} resentful; it takes no account of the evil done to it [it pays no attention to a suffered wrong]. It does not rejoice at injustice {and} unrighteousness, but rejoices when right {and} truth prevail.Love bears up under anything {and} everything that comes, is ever ready to believe the best of every person, its hopes are fadeless under all circumstances, and it endures everything [without weakening]. Love never fails [never fades out or becomes obsolete or comes to an end]. As for prophecy (the gift of interpreting the divine will and purpose), it will be fulfilled {and} pass away; as for tongues, they will be destroyed {and} cease; as for knowledge, it will pass away [it will lose its value and be superseded by truth]. AS WE GROW IN THE REVELATIONAL KNOWLEDGE HOW MUCH GOD LOVED US, THE SPIRIT OF GOD IN US WILL BEGINNING TO MANIFEST THE FRUIT OF THE LOVE OF GOD IN US TOWARD OUR FELLOW BRETHREN. ITS NOT BY POWER NOR BY MIGHT BUT BY THE SPIRIT. ITS HIGH TIME WE BEGINNING TO REBEL AGAINST EVERY SELF CENTREDNESS, AND START RESTING IN THE FINISHED WORK OF OUR LORD JESUS CHRIST. 2Cor:3:17 Now the Lord is the Spirit, and where the Spirit of the Lord is, there is liberty (emancipation from bondage, freedom).And all of us, as with unveiled face, [because we] continued to behold [in the Word of God] as in a mirror the glory of the Lord, are constantly being transfigured into His {very own} image in ever increasing splendor {and} from one degree of glory to another; [for this comes] from the Lord [Who is] the Spirit. ITS NOT IN OF OUR SELF EFFORT, BUT ONLY BY THE SPIRIT OF THE LORD ALONE WE CAN BE TRANSFORM FROM GLORY TO GLORY, NOT IN OUR OWN DEEDS OR PERFORMANCE.2Cor:3:18 But we all, with open face beholding as in a glass the glory of the Lord, are changed into the same image from glory to glory, even as by the Spirit of the Lord. Phil:2:13 [Not in your own strength] for it is God Who is all the while effectually at work in you [energizing and creating in you the power and desire], both to will and to work for His good pleasure {and} satisfaction {and} delight.
