LETS NOT JUST TALK TO PEOPLE BUT TALK WITH THEM. #THATS THE KEY TO EFFECTIVE COMMUNICATION# There was a time in fellowship when we teach d message as usual (Minister preaching and others listening) but as time went on we decided to use a new approach in reaching out to people with d sermon and that was by giving people d opportunity to ask questions during d sermon and after each sermon and believe me reaching out to them with the Word this way has helped us know abt peoples challenges and strengths regarding each Message we ministered and also help answer d questnz they had in mind or developed during the message... AND thro that I ve come to learn that the Word being a divine therapy to every heart can be effectively communicated when we dont just talk to the people but talk with them... In all aspects of our communication with otherz letz not always make it that we have to talk with others listening, letz also, always give them an open invite to express their minds..... #IN TALKING TO THEM, THEY SEE U AS A BOSS. BUT IN TALKING WITH THEM, THEY SEE YOU AS A PARTNER#
