LETS TALK SOME SENSE!! READ THIS FULLY IF YOU HAVE a “HEART” according to VAN VICKER. If wishes were horses, I would have LOVED to meet Nelson Mandela in person but it never happened and today, I can say I have met Nelson, touched him and I am truly humbled. It is true that ONLY ordinary people DO extraordinary things and when you see these category of people, you will by pass them like the poor beggar yearning for attention just to get a dollar. How come these people always go unnoticed until something Unusual happens? God has a way of talking to us and I think, he made it possible for Dr. Georges Bwelle to be recognized by CNN to gain our attention. After all, how much can CNN do after such a recognition?. The burden truly lies on US to continue what CNN has brought to our attention. I have truly been blessed beyond my wildest dreams to finally meet and know Dr. Bwelle and thanks to my lil Lesan Sister Takwi Linda who tried so hard to explain who this man was and what his association has been doing. My people from Cameroon/Africa, if there is one person you can call a brother and friend, a BACK UP,collaborator,confidant, it is DR Georges Bwelle. After visiting over 160 villages in Cameroon, he is just getting started. His Mission does not end with providing free medical services but education and literacy amongst others are part of his works. Next week, he will be heading to Santa, Awing to continue his work after spending three short days in the US and to say, I am overwhelmed by his SELF-LESSness is an understatement. What have we done to deserve this sort of man? What can we do as diasporans worldwide to make his job easy? A man whose parents are not even alive to take pride in his achievements yet, he basically has no life. His dreams are totally not in SYNC with that of a normal person because while we think of comfort, he focuses on where there is suffering and how his team can be of help. The suffering might be some of our families long forgotten back home yet Dr. George is working tirelessly to make each an everyone smile. He dreams of the day when all mud bricks used in classrooms will be replaced with benches, he dreams of the day when all lil girls in the North of Cameroon will get birth certificates so that they can further their education, he dreams of the day when even locals will know how to manage their health using simple techniques etc. He just wants a perfect Cameroon which is so UNREAL but I dream of the day when we will all have a moral RESPONSILITY to SUPPORT his works and that time is NOW. If we have a “HEART” according to Van Vicker, we will visit the Ascovime website and keep donating. He is building a simple center to house his volunteers and I challenge US all to make this a reality. I challenge US all to look in the mirror and say, Dr George Bwelle is for US and we cannot be against him by Not supporting him. If Dr George wanted to focus on Douala where he originates from, his WORK would have been DONE but NOoooooo. He is the man.. From NW,Littoral,SW,Eastern region, western, Northern,CS etc the man is SIMPLY UNSTOPABLE. Did I mention that he even asked us to bring to his attention any village anywhere in Cameroon that might need his service? Oh yes he did because he mentioned, he cannot locate all these places but sometimes needs the leads. IF you have a heart, please visit the Ascovime website at ascovime.org and make a donation.
