LETTER FROM TOMS FAMILY Amanda Pike 21 July 15:06 Announcement regarding the Eviction day We Are Very Grateful to EVERYBODY that is willing to travel to support us on the Eviction Day 23rd July 2014 at 9am, here is some important information for you all. Before I go on, we need to say...Even at this late stage, we are still trying to stop the Eviction. So it is super important to check in here for an update before you leave home. Okay if you are being totally Amazing and giving up your time to come, we have to ask and we have no doubt to think otherwise but may remind people to PLEASE PLEASE BE PEACEFUL....this is the most important thing that we are asking of you on the Day If there are any signs of trouble the bailiffs will more than likely use this for a excuse to obtain aid from the Police to help them enter our home and then all could be lost .... This isnt a protest its support, and you are our witnesses to this Unlawful Eviction Okay so moving on If you have already set off on your Journey to Nottingham and the Eviction is stopped, we are hopeful that you will still make the journey here as we would still like to meet you all for a chat and thank you for making the effort. Then following the attempted Eviction, at our local pub the Land Lady at the Elwes Arms have kindly offered to open from 8 am for toilet facilities however due to Licensing laws the Pub is unable to offer refreshments until after 9.30 am. Our heartfelt thanks goes to Beccy and staff for there generous offer of assistance. Parking is available at the Pub and surrounding areas, however at this point of time we have no idea of the numbers expected, so may we respectively ask you to take into consideration our local neighbours and residents many who are elderly without blocking driveways, roads etc. So we look forward to seeing you on the 23rd hopefully the powers that be, will be in no doubt that the People will not tolerate their corrupt behaviour any more. Its going to be amazing to document and look back on and share. WE THE PEOPLE are creating part of history so lets document it. Please feel free to photograph and video tape everything of the event. This is important. you will be witnesses to an actual crime in progress by the bailiffs and if the police assist the bailiff by acting out of their jurisdiction they will also be culpable. So please do share your pictures and videos with us all, once you get home. Anything with important evidence on from the Day, please message me and I can get a copy of it, if that is okay. This may be the first time in British history that we can stop the corruption of the banks and the county courts with the assistance of the police, who are currently all acting together in these matters although we do suspect that the police are not fully aware of what they are involved in.
