LETTER TO CORD LEADERS-so they new carrot from Jubilee to our MPs and Governors is about people concentrating on development and not politics.some confused MPs,with CDF accounts which are under their management,still think that sucking up to government will get them projects to their constituencies.some Governors,even with devolved funds from Treasury which are under their management,think the same.listen up...YOU have the money to develop your area of jurisdiction.the constitution as it is has determined how much you get.not the president or government.that thinking is archaic and so Moish.its old.talking of siding with government for development,please ask Duale how many projects Uhuru has initiated in Garissa constituency.he is the Garissa MP.all this to me looks like PERSONAL gain but trying to use development as an excuse
