LG Electronics Canada October 21 at 12:02pm Laura Artibello: I am still waiting to hear from you Mr. or Mrs. LG on my dishwasher which doesnt wash the dishes. I left my home and mobile number to your request of my earlier FB messages. This dishwasher is unacceptable. There is a very simple solution to a customer who clearly is not satisfied; take the product back, refund the money and say, Im sorry. Thats customer service! I have been in business for many years, the few times we have had a complaint, my immediate and constant message is, Im sorry, how can I help you? We may made some mistakes over the years, but nobody, nobody could ever say we didnt fix them/pay for it! LG you have a duty to me; its been days and not one word unless someone called my home to-day while I am at work. Read the manual 20x; bought the expensive stuff, still could not believe how bad it was. Ive had 3 visits (the machine technically runs normal) and 4 phone calls; 3 of which were just down right rude. Not one person has ever said Im sorry, called back to f/u. A company with real customer service would have looked after their customer months ago. Not keep sending them messages via FB! CS is BS for LG. This dishwasher is not acceptable. Please do not send out a technician to tell me there is nothing wrong with it. There is! It doesnt wash dishes properly, not even close. It has left a permanent residue on my flatware which Ive owned for near 20 years. Its a piece of crap! Last Friday you wrote that my issue was being escalated internally and a rep should be in contact with me soon. Not a word so far............ How much longer do we post messages? Nothing personally but I really dont need another Facebook friend. I need a refund for a product which is completely unsatisfactory to me. The dishwasher is not used because it transfers food as opposed to washing clean. More importantly, some of my flatware pieces have permanent staining..??? 10/30, 1:57pm Laura Artibello This product should not be on the market; something is wrong/faulty in the design. Yes, the motor works fine. The LG product line is being talked about as much as the Senate with me; its all negative press with no good outcome! Bryan -LG Canada Facebook Moderator Friday 11/1, 4:21pm Laura Artibello Bryan, I have a voice mail which came in at 3:00 pm to-day asking me to call back to the general 800 number to schedule a technician for repair. What part of these messages does LG not understand? This has gone on long enough; I cannot believe a company of this size is allowing my negative messages go public without so much as a decent phone call let alone this piece of crap dishwasher be removed from my home and my money fully refunded.! Clearly LG has absolutely no concern about anything but money and I will take this as public as it can possibly go so that anyone looking for a review or even searches dishwasher will not be fooled into buying this model and/or LG equipment. To have this disgusting service through FB is beyond anything I can imagine. Dont bother sending me a lovely note again Bryan, LG will continue to hear from me until they have enough sense to come and remove this equipment which does not clean dishes, it makes them worse!
