LIFE AND DEATH Life along with death is a part of our existence here But don’t worry about dying as there is nothing to fear Because when someone dies they are merely asleep And do not know when loved ones cry and weep Upon death we do not rise immediately going to heaven and their see Every event as it happens on earth as it would make you want to flee As you see the torture of your family trying to deal with the loss of a loved one This is not a scene that any of us would find pleasant much more the merciful Father and Son Do not raise the dead straight to heaven for this very reason The dead as they lie asleep in the grave will be raised in due season Those whose names are written in the Lamb’s Book of Life Will be raised at the first resurrection to receive eternal life whilst those who let evil run rife Will be raised at the second resurrection to receive the second death all Will receive the reward of the lives they have lived here whether they have stood tall Against all unrighteousness or allowed evil to consume them each case Is examined carefully as though their was not another living in this place Eternal life is the reward of all who have stood up against all unrighteousness And have fought the good fight and won having sought to bless This world with their stay in it though they are persecuted misrepresented and sentenced To death but the reward given for their faithfulness sees that they are amply recompensed
