LIFE TO LIVE; LOVE TO GIVE, TRUTH TO TELL, & MYTH TO DISPEL The Political Quagmire we are in; must become second place to the Great Commission! We must set our focus on lost souls more this year than ever before, its not that those things are not important and we should not abandon engaging them, but not at the cost of our commission to spread the gospel to a very lost generation. Also do you realize how many there are in the body of Christ who think they are going to heaven when in fact they are just as lost as the world, the only difference is that they wear the false face of religiosity. It’s high time that we do the utmost for the high call of God upon our lives. Concerning the Great Commission; we have the right to speak, but the powers that be are dead set on quashing our freedom to preach the gospel. First goes free speech, then the next in line is free think! Freedom Matters! Speak up, Speak out, and Speak Directly. Free Speech is an inalienable right given from God, we may not always agree with someone else’s speech, but they have the right to speak it. Its one thing to disagree, but is a sin to hate someone. Let us put God first, seek first his kingdom and the righteousness that Christ imputes, then address the secular as a dual citizen, first a citizen of heaven and physically a citizen of earth. When things are put in proper perspective, life can be engulfed by the peace of God. Going through the fire is par for the course, Jesus said “ in this world you shall have tribulations but be of good cheer I am overcome the world”. Tribulation is defined: distress or suffering resulting from oppression or persecution. Those who contend that if we are going through something perilous, pressing, or persecuting saying we must be doing something wrong or in gross sin, should look to the scriptures instead modern day gurus of optimism. One only has to look to the parable of the sower to understand receiving Christ means that we will certainly face opposition through many different means. It is the trying of our faith which reveals who we are, not just simply having a positive outlook on life. Many of the perpetrators of the doctrine of positive confession lined their pockets with the money of those the duped with their lies. Teaching them to simply refuse to acknowledge anything negative that was happening, many died of diseases, became broke, were separated from family and true brethren, all while confessing the positive confessions. Hence they believed a lie and their lives were damned in the process because they came under a strong delusion. Faith is a fact, but is an act our will in obedience to the scriptures, to the unction or leading of the Holy Spirit. Faith is the ability to acknowledge the reality of what is happening, then turn to God for the solution. Brethren keep the faith today by being unabashed and undaunted when it come to the proclamation of the Truth, because politics change, economies change, friends change, families change, health changes, and the world is constantly changing becoming more and more deplorable. But our God, our Gospel, and God’s will for our lives never changes! Be who you are called to be, it will set you free no matter what life brings to us, our God has promised to take us through if we hold fast to his unchanging hand. Selah! Shalom, Agape, & Amen!
