LIFTING UP DATE:::::::: NYS Power lifting championships well I did not get the total record aweeeee crap! BUT I did get a life time personal record in the Back squat 535 lbs and a life time PR for a competition bench 392 lbs Missed 408 2x then I had a good dead lift opener of 545 lbs missed 590 2x to try and get the total record of 1515 lbs I did total 1471 lbs and win the open 181 class and I wound up taking home the BEST Overall OPEN LIFTER! After 30 years of competitive power lifting I finally won best lifter! OOO and my daughter Jasmine lifted too...hahahahha she got a pr back squat 110 lbs and great bench of 61 lbs and an old time pr dead lift of 165 lbs almost 2x her body weight of 85 lbs. She won the open womens 97 lbs weight class.

Doesnt anyone see nothing wrong with this attitude/thinking?
