LIKE ! LIKE ! LIKE ! LIKE ! I am so proud of this young man, in yesterdays session Kreason for the first time in a year half trained without a T shirt or jumper on. Now if you are apart of snap Cleveland you would see this young man usually in a Hoodie punching away kms on the bike grooving to his beats. Yesterday was also the first time i witnesses him Training with a singlet and was AMAZING to see what a rig he has under all those clothes. Kreason is currently sitting at 17%Bf 93kg. He has now LOST 92 kg starting at 185kg in the second photo . We have been training together for over a year now and in this time I have watched his personality and muscles grow and shine & his Size shrink. This man deserves all the applause so if you see him in the gym please give him a Hi5!
