**LIKE/SHARE** The magic formula to achieving your fitness goals! Whoever said that losing weight is all about starving your body and then running yourself into the ground with cardio is doing it WRONG! Are you seeing progress from this way of living? Probably not!! This method is NOT going to produce the results you want! Think of it this way.. you wouldnt take your car on a road trip on only 1/8th tank of fuel, would you? NO!!! Thats just absurd!! Who does that? Lets not complicate things at all - the magic formula is this: MORE food, LESS cardio, MORE heavy lifting. Simple! I have achieved my weight loss and lean muscle gains through this ridiculously simple balance. I weight train 5 times a week for HALF AN HOUR, along with only THREE 20-minute cardio sessions. I also eat an abundance of REAL FOOD!! So for those who are curious about what kinds of things I eat, let me give you a sneak peek into the Day of Laceys Menu:
