LIVES CHANGE @ your library! 56 people from 26 countries will become U.S. citizens at a naturalization ceremony at 4 pm today at the Mandarin Branch Library. Last year, more than 400 immigrants and new U.S. citizens received services at area libraries including English language instruction, help with adjusting to the local culture, life skills, and job searching skills.
