CENTRE : Pretoria REQUIREMENTS : Junior certificate coupled with extensive driving experience. Valid code: 08 drivers’ license. Proven computer literacy. Good interpersonal skills. Good communication (verbal and written) skills. Telephone etiquette, Document tracking and Administrative practices. Willing to occasionally work after hoursDUTIES : Collect/delivery and distribution of documents, mail/post and equipment in support of the department’s strategic objectives. Transportation of authorized passengers. Assist in the management and control of the department’s vehicle fleet. Administration of trip authority forms and log books. Document control including filing and retrieval of documents. Assist with adhoc activities within the Supply Chain Management directorate.
