LONG ISLAND, NY: Perhaps you missed 8 year old Mollys post over the holiday weekend so we are trying for her again. We had the opportunity of meeting sweet Molly last Sunday and the following update on her is making us sad. Molly is a good girl who needs a peaceful home with no other pets. Due to a divorce, she was recently returned to her shelter after living with a family with kids for seven months and she misses her home. Beth wrote, We only had one inquiry and the woman lives in Canada and has another female dog (we are on LI, NY), but she was lovely and cared. Molly should be the only pet in a home. So, we are still waiting, and hoping, and praying because Molly cries in her kennel and does not understand why she is no longer with a family. She is having a hard time on our stairs, as we are in a basement, and she does have some arthritis. We will not give up hope, and we know we will find that special someone who falls in love with our angel named Molly.
