LONGER RANGE...OK YOU CAN LOWER THE GAS...BUT DONT TURN IT OFF COMPLETELY IN CASE OTHER MODELS GO ELSEWHERE. GFS and Parallel GFS next week. Both are cold. Both have nothing for Sunday (unlike European and Canadian). Both have something setting up for Tuesday and Wednesday 12/29-12/30 and (naturally) both have different outcomes. GFS would be snow inland..snow to rain coast...parallel gfs would be a colder weaker look. But the bottom line is they both have something though who knows what and confidence is so low at this point other than to say something is going to happen between Christmas and New Years Day. And that is as far as I am going to go at this point. This run has it cold for the most part through the first week of January other than moderation between air masses which is pretty normal.
