No, you dont have to have a fitness background, or need to be fit from the start, Beachbody prefers that people join at their current status, this will enable you to motivate and inspire people even more from your own journey. BEACHBODY also provides for you all the support and training you need to be successful, in addition to me mentoring you of course.
