*LOOKING FOR A ROOM in Utrecht?* Hi all. Huge room opening up in my student house in the centre of Utrecht. 25m2, 367 euro’s. Absolute steal considering the location and size of the house. We live in Herenstraat 27. Its right in-between Malie-singel, Lepelenburg Park, and the Nieuwegracht. 3min cycling from the station, and supermarkets and shops all around. Twijnstraat is also just around the corner. The house has 3 stories, including bike storage on ground floor, a big balcony on the second floor and an attic as storage space . Besides myself other roommates include 2 Dutch guys & 1 Dutch girl. We’re all rounding off our studies and are looking for a girl, preferably second year of university or up, and between the ages of 20-24, seeing as we are all 24 years old.
