LOOKING FOR: Systems Engineer Technical Skills • Competent, hands on experience with Microsoft Windows Server 2003 and 2008 ncluding Installation, Configuration, Active Directory, DNS, DHCP, and Remote Desktop • Competent, hands on experience with Microsoft Exchange 2003, 2007 and 2010 including mailbox setup, mailbox migration, configuration of ActiveSync and ability to troubleshoot and intermediate Microsoft Exchange issues • Familiar with an RMM tool specifically Kaseya or Labtech • Familar with a helpdesk/ticket logging system specifically ConnectWise, Autotask, Remedy or any other time and help desk tracking tool • Familiar with ITIL processes • Advanced experience of desktop operating systems particularly Microsoft Windows (MacOS will be considered an advantage) • Knowledge of (experience preferred) of Terminal Services environments including Windows Remote Desktop, Thin Clients, Citrix XenApp and Citrix XenDesktop • Familiarity and hands on experience with common applications such as VMWare, XenServer, Microsoft Office 2003, 2007, 2010, MYOB, MYOB AE, Microsoft Sharepoint, Microsoft Dynamics, JIWA, Goldmine PM me or email @ otepavila@gmail
