LOOKING TO HIRE: PROGRAM MANAGER – RISING STARS MENTORING PROGRAM CEDA International is a not-for-profit organization specializing in leadership, mentoring and entrepreneurship development. We are looking for a driven young leader to occupy position of Program Manager for the Rising Stars Mentoring Program. Based in Kampala, she/he will manage 2 Program Coordinators and 14 Mentors working in 14 partner secondary schools. To apply, you MUST be a Confident, Creative and Motivated young leader 27-40 years, a problem-solver, with great PERSONALITY, CHARACTER and ATTITUDE and Excellent COMMUNICATION SKILLS, both verbal and written. You should have a Bachelor’s degree and 2-3 years experience in developmental work, preferably youth development in areas of life-skills, leadership and entrepreneurship development or related personal development skills.
