LOOOOOOOOOOONG DAY WITH 4 SESSIONS DONE... 1st with Kane & Denee at UFT (Ultimate Fitness Training) in Berwick: skipping for warm-up, then 100 kicks on the pads and 100 knees on the heavy bag, pad and heavy bag rounds, jumping knee practice and finished with another 100 kicks on the pads and 100 knees on the heavy bag 2nd with Alex, 3rd with Cooper and 4th with Richard: shadow sparring, resistance bands, pad rounds, mitt rounds, resistance spider crawls and core work ITS DAYS LIKE TODAY THAT MAKE ME LOVE WHAT I DO EVEN MORE!
