LOST FERRET!!! Today I found this poor little guy in laneway behind the flower shop....clinging to life....freezing...I found out later people found him this morning thought he was a possum and left him there. By the time I went outside to put the garbage out it was 2 oclock. I NEVER do the garbage, but for some reason did today.....I found him in a box terrified and freezing. I called the humane society and they came out...I wasnt even sure if it was a ferret or a possum, but none the less I couldnt let him freeze to death! He had been outside since the morning!!! Sooo, Bonnie from the humane society said he might be old because she felt tumors on him, but doesnt know if he escaped a home or was let go. Hes safe now. So, if you lost your ferret, call me. Very emotional day. Im better at flowers than suffering animals.
