[LOTTE DEPARTMENT STORE] is now recruiting: SENIOR SALES STAFF *****NOTE: (CV in English – as below form attached with Photos) & send to : Recruitment.ldsvn@gmail & Clear title: “Application form for Senior Sales Staff” ** JOB SUMMARY:Be responsible for sales activities on floor and market outside, such as: Research market, propose brand to GM, make appointment with tenants… *** MAJOR JOBS: • Research market: tenants, competitors and propose new tenants and solution to GM • Make appointment with tenants to lease out space • Follow up with tenants to sign MOU/Reservation Contract/Lease Agreement after negotiated • Monitor stocks to maximize sales but minimize stocks and shrinkage • Propose purchase order to GM • Do monthly inventory or as the schedule • Make weekly/monthly stock report and sales report • Monitor promoters to ensure they follow up rules and regulations and provide good customer service as Lotte standard • Be aware of Promotion program of Lotte and counters to answer as well as consult for customers • Monitor promotion of counter as well as Lotte, price tag, POP, stock of counters • Work closely with promoters/leaders of counters to ensure counters always clean, tidy, right uniform, good grooming… Other works may assigned by the management **** QUALIFICATION: • Bachelor degree in economic, business administration or equivalent qualifications • Knowledge about retail market (trading center/department store) in Vietnam • Experience in retail market is preferred • To have the creativity that can accept advanced culture • Good communication skills both English and Vietnamese. Computer literacy: Word, Excel.
