LOVE RULES: In everyones life there are rules that we must abide by. There are rules of our household, rules of the road, rules at school or work and a million others. But the most important rules are the ones God gave us - the Ten Commandments! They are so important that God wrote them not once, but twice with His own finger on a tablet of stone! The Bible says in John 14:15, If ye love me, keep my commandments. He doesnt just say, keep one or two, or just the ones we agree with - He wants us to keep ALL of them! God loves us so much that He gave us His rules to prepare our hearts for heaven. He wants us to live godly lives so that we might spend eternity with Him. If we truly love Him, we will want to obey Him out of love not because of a sense of duty! When we think about all that God has done for us- obedience becomes a delight - not an obligation!
