You are treating yourself as well as you do your best friends and those you love. You have set a reasonable goal and are endeavoring daily to make the needed changes in thought, word and deed - to honor YOU! You are replacing old habits that did not serve you in health and wellness - with cognitive behavioral change that will support your best life! - Your Journaling everyday supporting your cognitive changes. From head to pen to paper precipitates awareness and the miracles! - You are weighing yourself once a week and recording your weight - You are NOT defining your success by either the scale or measurements but by your sustained commitment through your actions - You are not graphing your progress to others or having a bad day because the scales dont reflect your expectation of your progress - You are learning that expectations are self-created disappointments and counter productive to your success - stay your course and results will follow - You are changing your relationship with food to - food as fuel and food as medicine - You are choosing YOU and have eliminated trigger foods in your home, car and no secret stashes - You have asked for your family and friends support and have chosen a sponsor or weight loss buddy that supports you and honor your needs - You are identifying emotional triggers for eating and are practicing HALT - by not getting too hungry, too angry, too lonely or too tired you support healthy choices and living - You are exercising for mental and physical health - You are identifying head hunger vs nutritional hunger - remember quality foods fill your bodies needs, garbage in = voids in nutrition and hunger and weight gain because of poor food choices and nutritional deprivation - You are leveraging your health coaches Lisa and Rick - to ask questions and for support Look at all you have accomplished!
