((( LOVERS OF THEMSELVES ))) ALTHOUGH THIS EVIL WORLD HAS BEEN TEACHING SELF ESTEEM, AND SELF WORSHIP FOR MANY YEARS, JESUS TELLS US TO HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH PEOPLE WHO ARE LOVERS OF THEMSELVES. 2 TIM 3:1 TO 5. ((( EMPHASIS ON VERSES 2 AND 5.))) 1) This know also, that in the last days perilous times shall come. 2) For men shall be ((( LOVERS OF THEMSELVES ))), covetous, boasters, proud, blasphemers, disobedient to parents, unthankful, unholy, 3) Without natural affection, trucebreakers, false accusers, incontinent, fierce, despisers of those that are good, 4) Traitors, heady, highminded, lovers of pleasures more than lovers of God; 5) Having a form of godliness, but denying the power thereof: from such turn away. (HAVE NOTHING TO DO WITH THEM) -------------------------------------------------------------- THESE ARE JESUS INSTRUCTIONS CONCERNING SELF. -------------------------------------------------------------- FOR YOU ARE DEAD, AND YOUR LIFE IS HID WITH CHRIST IN GOD COL 3:3. -------------------------------------------------------------- UNLESS A CORN OF WHEAT FALLS INTO THE GROUND AND DIES, IT ABIDES ALONE, BUT IF IT DIES, IT BEARS MUCH FRUIT JOHN 12:24.
