LOWONGAN dari WARTSILA Posisi LOWONGAN untuk menjadi : 2 Stroke Superintendent Engineer Position Description: General Purpose of Job: - Perform advanced troubleshooting on equipment families according to customer requirements as well as quality, health, safety environmental and cost targets. - Have broad knowledge of Wärtsilä equipment families. - Proactively advice and promote available products and solutions to customers. Impact: - Tactical: Specify new products, processes, standards based on organization strategy or set short- to mid -term operational plans. Main responsibilities: - Perform Field Service activities according to the work plan. - Perform advanced troubleshooting on equipment families. - May act as system commissioning engineer and may lead the related commissioning activities. - May lead and manage assigned team and related activities during the work execution. - Interact with customers during the work execution (e.g. conducting introduction meeting). - Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work. - Create the Service Work Reports. - Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsila Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures. - Proactively advice and promote available products and solutions to customer QUALIFICATIONS Desired Skills: Provide high end Field Service Support for Wärtsilä 2-stroke engines installed in Indonesian fleet - Support audit services on 2-stroke engines, include pre-docking inspections - Mentor & train current WID 2-stroke engineers (*2) who are still being developed in this competence - Provide extended support to Global WCH 2-stroke needs if requested - Participate in customer meetings around performance evaluation, pre-docking planning and technical discussions - Perform troubleshooting - Provide sound technical advice to workshop team if needed on componentry overhauls - You may lead and manage assigned team and related activities during the work execution - Interact with customers during the work execution (e.g. conducting introduction meeting, providing updates and advice) - Ensure that the work is executed according to Wärtsilä Quality, Health, Safety and Environmental guidelines and customer site procedures - Proactively advice and promote available products and solutions to customers - Perform internal and external progress status of the assigned work - Provide timely internal and external service work reports including conclusions / recommendations with support of 2-stroke Technical Services - Prepare and organize service works together with WID 2-stroke team - Work closely with WID Sales and Proposals teams - Give feedback to 2-stroke Technical Services and stakeholders - Collect and organize time and expense report after completion of the job and inform administrative personnel as required Education: Minimum Bachelor Degree Experience: - Solid experience in 2-stroke engines especially in RTA series with more than 7 years experience - Knowledge of RT-Flex is desired but not critical - Good command of English - Good interpersonal and communication skills - Highly motivated and willing to learn fast - Willingness to experience expat life in Indonesia for a short period - Comfortable working in a multicultural environment - Ability to guide, coach and instruct Technical Service (TS) Superintendent Position Description: Main responsibilities: - Make analysis with adequate conclusions and recommendations (reports) for how to solve technical problems of the customer. Report the related work progress to relevant stakeholders. - Report and propose improvement needs of the products and solutions for relevant internal stakeholders. - Participate in product developments and product improvement projects. - Perform product improvements for non-portfolio products. - Provide technical support to internal and external customers. - Analyse field experience and customer feedback data in order to improve the products and solutions as well as operation and maintenance of the installation. - Visit sites when deeper product, system and/or performance analysis is needed. - May act as a trainer in special expertise area including e.g. performing trainings as well as developing training programs and materials. - Support in technical matters when new products or components are developed and launched. - Maintain relationships with cooperation partners. - Produce content for technical information products (e.g. Service Bulletin). - Acquire know-how within own technical expert area.
