La Vendange has started on my allotment. Picked half of my 10 grapevines today and had to stop - I ran out of buckets! I got 7.5Kilos last year and it looks like being well in excess of that this year. More picking soon then the lovely job of squishing the little beggars and starting fermentation. In the meantime Im sure youd like a picture of my plums. The last of a very prolific crop this year. Sadly, the tree is fungus-ridden and needs some serious attention over the winter. It was a cheap reject from B&Q and did nothing at all for four years. Then I shouted at it, along the lines of shape up or youre out. Bumper crop the following year. Not sure whether shouting works on fungus ;)
