Ladies (& Gentlemen) I must share this very important message with you! Take a moment to watch this video, you wont be sorry. Summer is here and we ALL need to take better care with being sun smart and protecting ours & our childrens skin. It takes 7 years for sun damage to work its way up to the Epidermal layer of our skin (the part that we can all see on the surface). By then its too late to change the outcome, but you can prevent further damage and aging by using a quality sunscreen EVERY, SINGLE, DAY! and reapplying! Cover your self up! Get a spray tan if you want to look glowing and summery (I can def help you with this step!), but for goodness sake, stop exposing yourself to the harmful UV rays without adequate protection. You will still receive a healthy dose of Vit D even if you have sunscreen on! If you want to look younger, have less wrinkles, have skin that is smooth & not scaly then protect it with a good sun cream, hydrate yourself by reducing sugary drinks and having plenty of water (at least 2lts per day), eat a healthy balanced diet, get some exercise (but cover up!), get adequate sleep, exfoliate & moisturize.
