Ladies &gentlemen,fellow Isingirians,.with a deep sense of humility&respect...Its true iam offering myself to my people of ISINGIRO NORTH CONSTITUENCY as their Member of Parliament come 2016.Its also true that iam not standing against the incumbent MP,rather ,iam standing against Household poverty,mass youth unemployment,disease,hunger,illiteracy(some members cant read a ballot paper),lack of or poor infrastructure,infant &maternal mortality,profitless hardwork(esp illiterate youth),automatic failure,lack of markets,generational challenges,etc,etc.THERE IS LIGHT IN ISINGIRO NORTH(IT ONLY NEEDS TO BE BROUGHT OUT).My party chairman(NRM) is fully committed to addressing these inequalities. But while the state will provide for what our people rightly deserve ie good roads,functioning schools&hospitals,care for the elderly,security etc,THE STATE CAN NEVER PUT MONEY IN PEOPLES POCKETS(which according to me is the final stage to prosperity for all).However,targeted enterprenuership&commerce esp in agriculture sector,coupled with good leadership,.. can put money in peoples pockets.Poverty has deprived all of us,but poverty also has a price&preconditions eg(old age,unemployment,having or belonging to a large family,having something but with no market,working hard but getting nothing etc.)Lets look forward to seeing a promising future unfold.Together we can make a difference.
