Please bear with us while we look into this. *Edit : We would like to seek assistance from players who are facing this problem to do a trace route and ping test to 103.23.45.17 and post the results screenshots here. To do a traceroute, please enter tracert 103.23.45.17 in the Command Prompt. To ping, replace tracert in the line with ping. Thank you for your co-operation and assistance. -MapleSEA Administrator
