This movie introduced a very talented set of creative team comprising of the legendary composer duo SJ and the lyricists Hasrat Jaipuri and Shailndra..which went on to become an incredible team which ruled Hindi Film Music for more that two decades.. This song though was written by Jalal Malihabadi..is such a beauty of a ,melody..expressing the ecstasy of a young woman in love..Nargis who had a parallel role in the movie with Nimmi as well, created such and impact with her spontaneous and natural acting,and the chemistry she shared with Raj Kapoor made her an instant success.
