Proving a culture of cover up to the highest levels and secret training on how to beat the system 4) only the officers were charged and the commissioner did not resign 4) Not even Marcus Jeters lawyer believed his story. This tells me that a Black man or womans testimony against an officer is worthless. And this is why we protest. Not bcuz we are certain that black men are innocent and officers are guilty. But Because if we dont theres a minor investigation, resources are not invested in the case, and it easily falls by the wayside.
