Land pooling policy for state capital announced by C.M..Chandra Babu today,seems to be sound.He announced it becomes in to effect from today.But whether it is as per law is the question.The law envisages that for any land acquisition ,notification has to be issued inviting objections or suggestions from the affected persons and follow procedure.Or otherwise a legislation has to be passed making amendments to the relevant act.I think without legal clarity and near consensus among affected people and legal stamp to the policy the process will be entangled in further complications.
