Roldan Pepito Lapu-Lapu City awarded the 2012 Top 20 Taxpayers of Lapu-Lapu City last July 26 in the Hoops Dome, Lapu-Lapu City. The City Government praised the taxpayers saying the taxes they paid improved basic services, created new business opportunities and helped uplift the lives of Oponganons. The Top 20 awardees are: 1.
