Large room available for rent in large City Heights house on the 1st of November. Rent is $440/month plus 1/6 bills (SDG&E + Internet). House has a heated pool and laundry on site. Looking for someone who is employed full time and wants to help us keep the place neat and tidy. The room is about 18x15 with 3 closets that run down one wall and 2 large windows let in plenty of natural light. The bathroom for the room is not connected but is right next to the door of the bedroom. Deposit is due upon move in.
