Larry and I spent a wonderful afternoon at the AMVETS, Post 12 in Muncie on Saturday, September 14. We were invited, along with 5 other Gold Star Families to a special presentation of a personalized Honor and Remember Flag. Founder and fellow Gold Star Dad, George Lutz, was a guest speaker at the event. What an honor to receive this flag and also to have George with us on this special day. Thank you to the AMVETS, Post 12 for hosting the event and to the Indiana Chapter of Honor and Remember. I also want to thank Wednesday and Willoe Cunnington, our very special friends in Muncie was attending and once again helping us to honor Cody.
