Laser or phaser guns would be cool but not practical and u know it would bring anarchy and chaos and unstibility for all goverments a phaser rifle would let any body have a chance to gain controle it would put the world back not farther ahead it would be 50 50 chance a good or evil leader would rise it would put gun stores gun makers out of buissness it would make body armor useless it would be hard for it to have stun cuse every persons different and wouldnt be able to take a stun it would raise prices and it would cause panic deaths and injures
