Last Friday I was tidying up after we had finished breakfast club when one of the kids yells out whaea Tracee, youve lost weight it was such an awesome feeling to hear that coming from a lil person hehe. Im not on any fancy diet, just being more active and making wiser decisions before shoving food in my face :-) I also need to let uze know my walks during the arvo havent been a happening thing this week as ive had a few things on my plate that needed my attention, I shall be back on track next week, other wise im in big trouble lol
