Last Friday, as part of our annual community day, all of Bain London spent time working for social enterprises across London. The organisations included Shakespeare Schools Festival, The Access Project (coaching Year 12 students on university applications), Ace of Clubs (community centre volunteering) and Bikeworks. Those of us who worked with Bikeworks spent the morning assembling bikes to be donated to the charity Kids Company which, in turn, provides practical, emotional and educational support to vulnerable inner-city children.
